History

Nearly two decades ago, Rob Klein founded Klein & Partners with the purpose of helping healthcare clients find their brand voice through innovative market research services. Since then, the company has grown ten-fold, adding many key products such as BRANDengine℠ and BrandMD℠. And, nine years ago, Toni Klein joined Rob as a partner and lead of our digital practice. And, now as we enter our nineteenth year, Klein & Partners is growing and evolving again to better help you understand and improve your brand.

It’s Just a Shirt, Right?

You may see a shirt, but I see a strong brand. Let me explain. First, I would never pay $400 for a shirt but I do pay $400 to collect a piece of wearable art. If you’ve ever seen me at a conference, you know that all I wear is Robert Graham. It’s become part of my brand now as people always come up to me to take a picture or ask me ‘who I am wearing.’ No other ‘clothing’ I’ve ever worn has elicited so much interest and attention. Check out this post from a recent conference. Could a mere ‘product’ elicit this? No, this is what a strong ‘brand’ does. Now, read the note that Robert Graham includes in all of its packaging when you order from them. I’m not a ‘buyer of shirts,’ I’m a ‘discerning collector!’ Oh, did I mention that each of my shirts is numbered (e.g., 201/499) just like a real painting. This is what Klein & Partners is all about. We strive to help you define yourself as a desired and unique brand; not just another product that patients can get anywhere.
